Create a Vision Board

Begin the New Year by creating a vision board! Vision boards act as visual affirmations, created by you, keeping dreams and goals active and believable in our imagination and world.

• Vision boards can be an important part of your annual goal-setting process. They can help you prioritize your goals, values, and intentions.
• Vision boards are fun to make and can be quite artistic and creative.
• Seeing your vision board regularly—with images and words representing goals, gratitude, wishes, and values—helps remind you continue to move towards those things, both consciously and unconsciously.

Ages: 12 and up; unless a previous arrangement has been made, kids must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
