Join instructor Janet Hays to learn the practice of journal doodling. Warm-up as we practice just painting beautiful colors and then move into a simple, yet powerful doodle, where we learn about the Comparison-Free Zone. In this Zone we learn to find safety as we identify our own unique gifts.
