SUMMARY:Mosaic Ornaments
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun time making mosaic ornaments. You will learn the basics of mosaic art using colorful tiles\, glass\, and ceramics. Participants will learn simple design planning\, safe tool use\, and assembly techniques to create their own decorative ornament. No prior experience is needed—just creativity and curiosity. All supplies will be provided. \nSupplies Fee – $20. All supplies and tools will be provided. Parents must be present for any child under 14.\n\nTime – 3-4 hours\n~~~\n \nMoriah Hale is a local artist and business owner of Hale Flooring. She grew up in the Kooskia/Kamiah area and moved back three years ago to help out with the family business. She is an avid painter\, does historical reenactment on most weekends\, and loves to camp whenever she can. She has been using Fusion Mineral Paint for a few years now and recently became a retailer to make it more readily available to the community.\n\n~~~~~~~\n\n\nPlease RSVP. If your plans change after registering\, please let us know if you cannot attend so we may offer the space to another. The class is free and you will also have an option to make a donation to support continued free arts programming for Kamiah and beyond. You can bypass this option by hitting “Continue”.
