SUMMARY:Introduction to Traditional Beading
DESCRIPTION:This class will go over the beginning steps of beading and understanding the history of beading to the Nimiipuu. The instructor is Stella Sammaripa\, Nimiipuu Nation Citizen. Stella has taught beading for 7+ years and has taught to all ages. She is a Nez Perce Language Instructor and teaches Nimiipuutímt to the surrounding community. \nAges: 12 and up; unless a previous arrangement has been made\, kids must be accompanied by a supervising adult \nSupplies Fee: $25 \nPlease RSVP. If your plans change after registering\, please let us know if you cannot attend so we may offer the space to another. The class is free and you will also have an option to make a donation to support continued free arts programming for Kamiah and beyond. You can bypass this option by just hitting “Continue”.
